Locust Business District Volunteer Clean Up Event

Join the Locust Business District Neighborhood Volunteer Clean-Up and Geotagging Survey event on Friday, October 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Volunteers will work together to pick up trash, sweep sidewalks and remove weeds, and be assigned specific blocks to use phone photos to complete a geotagging survey documenting problem sidewalks, inadequate lighting, overgrown landscaping and other pedestrian-level issues to help prioritize maintenance and improvements. All local residents, employees and others welcome to join in! Gloves and supplies will be provided.
