Duly posted at the office of the Locust Central Business District (LBD) on February 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Locust Central Business District will conduct its annual meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, in the LBD community at Salvation Army Midtown, 2900 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103. Parking available on street and in rear. (Virtual Meeting Option)
